We were warned by the other posts so we were prepared for some minor bugs. But still we were impressed. Reception and service was perfect. The bar service high standard, very good music (this is important because in Tirol you have to listen to the very strange type of music presented by local stars). The restaurant service will need better management - that italian guy was funny but not a proffesional. Kitchen very good standard. Coffe very low. Ski Shuttle for free on demand - Excellent. Wellness - average standard - especially needs some culture for guests to explain... Design of this hotel is finally something different - we liked it very much. Very good point is ski lockers serviced by young guys who can arrange a service for you or rent you skis. Overall high above average...

There are many minor bugs in the hotel due to very early opening. But you can live with that if adequate price you have to pay. For example short cable for hair dryer :-) ... lights in sauna flashing directly to your eyes when lying...Well I missed more instructions for guests in wellness how to behave and use the wellness...(it is not OK when some guest is sitting besides you in sauna with wet clothes and without a towel!!!) ... well simply only a minor bugs as everywhere... nothing that cannot be improved or fixed.
